Refund and Returns Policy

At Lenger Racing, we stand behind the quality of our products and custom fabrication. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Please note: Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Contact us prior to purchasing if you have questions about return eligibility for custom work.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us directly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-fabricated parts and components

  • Electrical items once installed

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
